We are looking for a Renewals Support position for an important software company located in Barcelona.

Responsibilities:

• Manage smaller-value renewals directly with customers or via resellers, ensuring timely execution.

• Engage proactively with internal sales teams, customers, and resellers to support renewals.

• Identify renewal risks and potential upsell/cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts using CRM tools and customer interactions.

• Act as a bridge between sales, operational/support teams, and offshore teams, ensuring smooth execution of renewals.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Salesforce CRM.

• Pull and share reports from Salesforce to support the team.

Requirements:

• Full professional proficiency in French (supporting Enterprise accounts in French-speaking regions).

• Motivated, proactive, and coachable with a high level of energy.

• Strong communication and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple priorities.

• Experience working with customers, preferably Enterprise or complex accounts.

• Familiarity with renewals or subscription management is a plus.

• Proficient in Salesforce CRM and basic Excel functions.
