We are looking for a Technical Support Specialist BIM 360 for an important software company located in Barcelona.

Responsabilities:

• Troubleshoot and assist customers on a variety of BIM/ACC issues and questions.
• Document problems and solutions in short and clear articles for knowledgebase.
• Research, verify, and document product problem reports.
• Manage customer expectations by providing updates on work progress.

Requirements:

• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Excellent written and spoken French and Spanish, or German.
• Industry background: Architecture, Construction, or Engineering. Industry experience and good understanding of how projects develop from design to construction, and commissioning is required.
• Knowledge of any of BIM 360 / Construction Cloud / BIM Collaborate / BIM Collaborate Pro or familiarity with other construction management software and common data environments.
• Revit knowledge and Revit collaboration workflows are a plus.
• Knowledge of BIM standards and BIM certifications are a plus.
• Problem-solving mindset is a must.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
• Passion for helping people.
