Technical Support Specialist BIM 360
We are looking for a Technical Support Specialist BIM 360 for an important software company located in Barcelona.
Responsabilities:
- Troubleshoot and assist customers on a variety of BIM/ACC issues and questions.
- Document problems and solutions in short and clear articles for knowledgebase.
- Research, verify, and document product problem reports.
- Manage customer expectations by providing updates on work progress.
Requirements:
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Excellent written and spoken French and Spanish, or German.
- Industry background: Architecture, Construction, or Engineering. Industry experience and good understanding of how projects develop from design to construction, and commissioning is required.
- Knowledge of any of BIM 360 / Construction Cloud / BIM Collaborate / BIM Collaborate Pro or familiarity with other construction management software and common data environments.
- Revit knowledge and Revit collaboration workflows are a plus.
- Knowledge of BIM standards and BIM certifications are a plus.
- Problem-solving mindset is a must.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
- Passion for helping people.
We offer:
