From Temporing Barcelona we select a Iberia Customer Logistics Support (Pharma) for an important company in the pharmaceutical sector located in Sant Joan Despí.

Tasks

• Perform inventory reconciliations between stock held at 3PL warehouses and internal records in SAP, resolving discrepancies, collaborating with relevant teams, and posting inventory adjustments when required.

• Monitor interface messages and coordinate with stakeholders to resolve issues.

• Support distribution activities for the Canary Islands, including export documentation.

• Act as point of contact for warehouses and carriers regarding operational issues.

• Monitor outbound deliveries and logistics movements to ensure data accuracy and compliance with GDP.

• Track last-mile transportation KPIs to improve delivery performance and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Background or experience in distribution logistics or transportation.

• SAP user knowledge and strong Excel skills.

• Intermediate English level.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
