We are looking for a Business Strategy & Operations Specialist for an important software company located in Barcelona.

Responsibilities:

• Support the development and execution of go-to-market strategies.

• Collaborate closely with senior stakeholders across Marketing, Sales, Technical teams, and occasionally Customer Success.

• Analyze and report on key performance data to support strategic decision-making.

• Understand and optimize business processes to improve efficiency and outcomes.

• Contribute to business strategy initiatives with actionable insights.

Requirements:

• 5 to 10 years of relevant professional experience, preferably within software companies.

• Fluent English (C1 or native level), both written and spoken.

• Proficiency in another European language is a plus.

• Strong understanding of business strategy and go-to-market frameworks.

• Proven ability to work cross-functionally with senior stakeholders.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong business-facing mindset.

• Analytical mindset with experience in data reporting and interpretation.
